All SEO Twins services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped. Deliverables are provided via email, shared documents (Google Drive or equivalent), live URLs, or direct access to tools and platforms (GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio). No client travel or in-person meetings are included in standard service pricing.

Delivery timelines begin from the date we receive the required access, not from the date of purchase. Standard access requirements:
We request access via the Google-native sharing system. We never ask for login credentials or passwords.
If a delay is caused by SEO Twins (not client factors), we will notify you by email within 2 business days of the original deadline and provide a revised delivery date. If delivery is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond the stated timeline through our fault, you may request a partial credit under the terms of the Refund Policy.
Delays caused by client factors (failure to grant access, slow content approvals, unreachable contacts) extend delivery timelines without affecting the Client's payment obligations.
Deliverables are considered accepted 5 business days after delivery unless the Client raises a specific written objection via email. Objections must reference the specific deliverable and the specific shortfall against the stated scope. SEO Twins will respond to any objection within 5 business days.
